What do you eat for breakfast? Sincerely, Dying from hunger Dear Dying from hunger, I understand your hunger! It's important to eat in the morning. Of course there is a chart for your daily morning breakfast; grains, protein, fruit, and dairy. I preferably like to eat toast for breakfast during the weekdays. It is full of grain and carbs. I also drink milk and munch on an apple afterwards to balance out my meal. On the weekends, I still need some energy so I have bacon, waffles, banana, strawberries and water. Of course I could get tired of my selection of food so I normally change it up now and then. I hope this was a good answer and help you with your hunger. Hoping to make your mornings better, Sparky
