This month Eldorado’s high school choir once again was happy to participate in their annual choir festival. They started off March with having pre-festival which was here at our beloved school on the 3rd. Next they had festival which fell on March 27th. They perform the same songs at festival as they did pre-festival with the exception of one different song at pre-festival.
This years pre-festival songs: Music lead- the way Tching Tching ryah Koowu This years festival songs: Music lead - the way Koowu Gloria - Hallelujah Our choir is preparing during their class periods as well as dedicating their after school hours on Tuesday to practice more for the festival. Periods 3rd and 4th will be attending the choir festival and have already attended pre-festival. They do this because it's a form of bonding with their classmates and teacher too. Along with bonding it allows them to let out their feelings along with improving their singing skills at the same time.“Each song has a different meaning” says a choir student from 3rd period. The level of dedication that goes into each one of their practices and class periods builds their bond within each other as well as makes them more sure of themselves when singing the songs that will soon be performed. A superior 1 is the rating that this choir attending the choir festival is aiming for . All of our choir students will surely shine on the day of the festival and will receive that superior 1 they have been singing so hard and dedicatedly for, as the power that they have through their voices will surely blow the judges away!
